Why can instant rice be brewed for 5-8 minutes before consumption? The reason is that the extruder we use in the process of reshaping the rice flour heats and extrudes the rice flour to pre-cook the raw materials. Moreover, after the rice flour is extruded from the extruder, it will expand due to the sudden decrease in air pressure, causing the interior to be filled with bubbles, and water can be easily immersed, so it can be eaten after brewing for only 5-8 minutes.

First, we need to mix rice flour, starch and other accessories together. This step requires the use of a Mixer. After all the materials are mixed evenly, the next step is to transport the mixture to the Extruder through the Screw conveyor under pressure.

Extruder is one of the key tools for making instant rice. Its main function is to squeeze the mixture into rice grains of a certain shape, so that it can be better accepted by consumers. The extruded rice grains will be transported to Dryer via Air conveyor.

Dryer is a tool for drying extruded rice grains. It can quickly evaporate the excess water in the rice grains and make them dry. Next, after the rice grains are dry, we need to cool them through the Cooling conveyor. After cooling, the instant rice is finished!
